It's been a while since I've put one of me here on Instagram, so here's a bit of #fridayintroductions for you! Nico snapped this one of me in Florence last year. It was my birthday that day and we almost missed out on going to Florence, because we woke up late to meet our tour bus! I found this shot as I was looking for photos from our honeymoon and wedding to finally get printed / framed for our house. (It's been over a year, I know, and as a photog you'd think I'd have this accomplished already, but 🤷‍♀️ ) According to my best girl friend's, my eyeliner skills are surprisingly fast. Which this photo is proof I guess, because I was frantically throwing everything on to get out the door to catch our tour. I had no idea what I looked like when we got on that bus. I've always waited till the last minute to get dressed and put on my make-up since I was a teenager. I would be finishing putting on my eye makeup as my Mom dropped my off at school. Which is probably when I learned to make that eyeliner go on real fast, between the bumps in the road and trying to see myself in the small visor mirror. The past couple years it's just worked out that I've made a trip around my birthday and this year I'll be in New York, so I'll keep the tradition going!
